Among the various production cycle techniques is flocking, a textile finishing process that consists of cutting the hair of the fabric on finished pieces. Flocking

At the end of brushing, the fabric is dried and then trimmed; this means that the hair extracted from the raising machines, brushed, dried, cut to the desired length using rotating cylinders that turn on a fixed sub-blade, thus creating a scissor effect. The skill of the trimmer is to be able to program the equipment by checking the uniformity of the length of the cut hair.
